2% of the amount financed
No Risk. Our fee is contingent on the success of your transaction. Once engaged we will work with you to develop a complete underwriting package highlighting the strengths of the opportunity. After diligence is complete, we solicit lender interest and present your opportunity to our network. We work on your behalf to secure an approval on terms that work. Our fees are disclosed upfront and are only paid when we are successful in securing a financial partner for your transaction. Fees are typically paid out of escrow at the time the transaction funds.
Our Process
We take a carefully organized approach to commercial finance. We begin each client relationship with a comprehensive analysis of the portfolio, working to understand current positions and long-term objectives. This allows us to align current financial needs with solutions that will best serve the goals of the portfolio. Once a strategy is determined we leverage our extensive network of financial institutions to secure effective financing solutions. Our network includes banks, credit unions, private lenders, debt funds, and private capital sources.
